Marriott Begins Construction on New Las Vegas Tower
Good news for Marriott Vacation Club members! MVC has started construction on a third tower at one of our favorite properties near the Las Vegas strip: Marriott’s Grand Chateau. Inspired by the Southern French decor of the existing two towers, the new 37-story tower will add more than 640 new villas to the property which will range in size from approximately 820 to 2,095 square feet.
Villas will feature fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinets; spacious living and dining areas; luxurious bedding; multiple flat-panel LED televisions with Blu-ray DVD players; washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access. Units can sleep between 4 and 10 guests.
Adding to the luxe opulence of this French-inspired Las Vegas resort, each villa will feature glassy granite surfaces, mahogany stained furniture and cabinetry and armoires with backlit, frosted glass paneled doors. Creamy neutral walls provide a soothing backdrop to set off the bold blue, gold, red and brown in the luxe fabrics, tapestries, tile, and bedding accents.
On the third floor, owners enjoy use of the lobby lounge – featuring top shelf cocktails and tapas, a billiards area with electronic game tables and a cafe. The fifth floor provides access to the property’s second pool with a built-in sun shelf and chaise lounges for relaxing in the water, a pool deck with two whirlpool spas and a pool bar and grill.

RCI Adds 150 Resorts to Its Timeshare Exchange Network
