“Please be advised that there is a scam operation, believed to be in Miami, FL, identifying themselves as Don Nadeau of Timeshare Broker Sales. They claim to have buyers for their unsold timeshares, if they are willing to pay the closing costs of “x” dollars, one of the oldest tricks out there. Two sellers were kind enough to let us know this morning. We have informed the DBPR to investigate.
