Our affiliation with ARDA provides us with invaluable connections and relevant information about the evolving vacation ownership industry. We love finding good coverage of timeshare-related topics on mainstream media. We’ve recently stumbled upon some great advice at MSN Money that we’d like to make available to our website visitors.
The post, entitled: How to Buy and Sell Timeshares offers a comprehensive “overview” of timeshare resale best practices. Check it out and feel free to contact us with any questions about buying or selling vacation ownership property.
As addressed in the article, we are a licensed timeshare broker, a BBB accredited business, and we never charge an upfront fee to sell timeshare.
Every year, the American Resort Developers Association (ARDA) holds a World Convention focusing on the vacation ownership and timeshare industry.
This year, the 2012 American Resort Development Association (ARDA) World Convention and Exposition ran from April 1-5, and focused on global vacation ownership issues, with an “international theme” present throughout all educational forums and workshops.
International Timeshare Market
Sessions included information on the similarities and differences in sales practices across the globe, tips on how timeshare brokers and resort developers can break into international markets, and exclusive ARDA research findings on the state of international timeshare resales, which appear to be on the rise.
Social Media, Technology & Timeshare Resales
In addition to information on leveraging potential international sales and markets, industry leaders focused on social media as a way to use “the industry’s most powerful marketing tool – happy owners – to turn the tide of online commentary, engage a new generation of prospective buyers, and turn interest into bookings and sales.”*
Finally, the ARDA Technology Forum examined the efficacy of web-site marketing, exploring how to attract and engage users in a market where consumers are naturally wary.
At Timeshare Broker Sales, we believe the best way to serve our clients and potential customers is to provide them with honest, relevant and up-to-date information about vacation ownership right here on our website, and to engage with them via social media networks like Twitter and Facebook. We also invite consumers to contact us any time with their timeshare resale questions.
Are you the owner of an RCI affiliated timeshare? Your vacation network just got bigger! This week, at the ARDA World 2012 Annual Convention and Exposition, RCI announced that it has added more than 150 new affiliated properties to its international network of more than 4,000 resorts.
The new resorts include Hawaii’s Aulani Resort & Spa from Disney Vacation Club, Tahiti Village in Las Vegas and new locations stretching from Vietnam (at Vietnam’s Hon Tam Eco-Green Resort) to Italy (at Castello Izzalini).
“We are proud to welcome these new affiliates, who have some of the best resorts in the most desired locations around the world,” said Geoff Ballotti, CEO of RCI. “With more quality resorts to choose from, we know our subscribing members will be happy to add these new properties to their vacation wish lists.”
Yay for more choices!
